The Sweet Boutique Ltd is fully committed to providing an excellent customer service and strives for full customer satisfaction. If you have found that you are not entirely happy with one of our Sweet Bouquets, please contact us immediately in order for us to resolve the matter. All enquiries and complaints will be responded to within 24 hours. Your comments are important to us here at The Sweet Boutique Ltd, and we encourage customer contact in order to help us meet full customer satisfaction.
Offers
From time to time, The Sweet Boutique Ltd releases specials offers and voucher codes for discounts. These offers are to be used independently and are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions/ discounts.
The Contract Between Us
When an order is placed with The Sweet Boutique Ltd, full payment for that order must be received before the order will be released for delivery. Once this payment is made, the order then becomes 'live' and brings into existence a legally bonding contract between us. Once the order becomes 'live' we will then issue an e-mail to the e-mail address provided to confirm the payment has been made and the item/s have been dispatched.
Pricing & Delivery Details
Prices stated on the website are for the product/s only, and there will be a further charge for delivery. Currently, The Sweet Boutique Ltd can make UK deliveries only. Delivery charges are varied dependent on size and weight of item/s.
Occasionally, your delivery address may be classified as 'remote' by our courier which means that different delivery times and rates may be applicable. Should this be the case, we will contact you before your order is processed advising of the new delivery time and rate. You will then be given the option of proceeding with the new costs or canceling your order at no cost.
Re-Sale
All items are strictly for personal use, and you are not permitted to offer for sale or re-sell our products.
Sweet Bouquet & Gift Contents
The products that The Sweet Boutique Ltd offer, can contain traces of nuts. Please see each individual product description for details on contents within these bouquets/ gifts. If specific details of ingredients are required, please request these from us prior to ordering.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation or amendments to orders must be done within 24 hours after order time. Once payment is accepted and order is dispatched, The Sweet Boutique has fulfilled its service and product obligations. Should you still wish to cancel any orders that have been posted for delivery, the product must be returned in the state in which it was dispatched. A full refund will be given for the product in this instance, however The Sweet Boutique regrets that all postal costs will be lost by the consumer in this scenario.

Cancellations by us
The Sweet Boutique Ltd reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:
* Any item/s ordered are currently unavailable. We will ensure to advise you of this by e-mail and offer an alternative product, or offer a refund.
* If we are unable to deliver to your area. In the unfortunate event of this happening, we will offer a full refund
* One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
* If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivering your order
All orders will be delivered to the address given on the order. Should you wish for any orders to be sent to an alternative address, we must be advised within 12hours of the order being made. The Sweet Boutique Ltd will not make investigations nor verify the address by a third party and will only accept the customers notification as per the order.
If the address supplied by you is a non-residential address (e.g. business/hospital) we will deliver to the reception/post room/security/goods in area of the building, accepting a signature from a duly authorized representative of the business / hospital. You should specify the relevant department / ward name / room number of the recipient in the address field when placing your order. Any other details that will help us to deliver your order to the correct person at the correct time should be provided when making the order.
Once each order is delivered and signed for, the products then become the ownership of the customer and The Sweet Boutique Ltd will not take responsibility for any loss or destruction to the products.
The delivery services/times stated on our website and through the checkout process start when the parcel has been collected from us and ends when the first delivery attempt is made.
Liability
If the products delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged/ defective or if you do not receive the products ordered, we shall have no liability to you other than as set out below.
If you notify a problem to us under this clause, our only obligation to you is as follows:
* If non-delivery is made (unsigned for), this will be investigated and The Sweet Boutique Ltd will ensure a replacement is dispatched or full refund given.
* Damaged or defective products will be replaced on condition this is at the fault of The Sweet Boutique Ltd.
The Sweet Boutique Ltd, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this website), and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this website in any way or in connection with the use, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your downloading of any material from this website or any websites linked to this website.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase products from our site. The importation or exportation of certain products to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the products you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Website use
The Sweet Boutique Ltd does not allow any of the websites content to be replicated without consent from a Director of the company. Any person/s wishing to replicate or copy any content from this website, can make a request to do so by contacting us on the details given on our 'contact us' page.
The Sweet Boutique Ltd will not accept person/s making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright or other intellectual property right without the proper permission. You will be held responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause.
Events beyond our control
The Sweet Boutique Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure of delivery due to events beyond our control, such as postal strikes, floods and system failure and such like events. In these instances we will do all we can in our control to continue and provide the best service possible.
Third party rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the products to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
